Hello! I am Dr. de Luna.

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor, yoga instructor, and educator living in beautiful San Diego, California.

My path to medicine began as a curiosity of the true healing capabilities of the human body. I have always known that I wanted to be a doctor and started exploring the different specialties of medicine early on in hopes of finding exactly where I fit in. The more that I learned about these separate areas, the more I realized that the body must be looked at as a whole. Everything is intricately connected.

We are complex and beautiful creatures with an innate ability to heal. True healing is about self-exploration and self love while supporting the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

True healing requires discovering the root cause of imbalance - whether that be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
