Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients / Directions: Blend the following until smooth

  • 1 cup organic blueberries

  • 1/4 cup organic mango

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 2 cups fresh organic greens

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup coconut water or milk

  • 1.5 cups filtered water

  • Dash of salt

Note: this smoothie was prepared with fresh ingredients vs. frozen. If you prefer a cooler more refreshing smoothie, replace with frozen blueberries and mango and add ice!
