Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Ingredients / Directions

  • 1.5 cups organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 small-medium avocado (or 1/2 large)

  • 1/2 organic banana

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (or throw in a handful of your favorite nuts!)

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2-3 cups favorite nut milk or filtered water

  • Splash of sea salt and cinnamon
