Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
Ingredients / Directions
- 1.5 cups organic blueberries (fresh or frozen) 
- 1 small-medium avocado (or 1/2 large) 
- 1/2 organic banana 
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (or throw in a handful of your favorite nuts!) 
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds 
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 
- 2-3 cups favorite nut milk or filtered water 
- Splash of sea salt and cinnamon
