Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
Ingredients / Directions
1.5 cups organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 small-medium avocado (or 1/2 large)
1/2 organic banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons almond butter (or throw in a handful of your favorite nuts!)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2-3 cups favorite nut milk or filtered water
Splash of sea salt and cinnamon
