Almond Hummus

You read that right - hummus made from almonds! This recipe was inspired after I went on a home made almond milk binge and had a ridiculous amount of left over pulp. After a little exploration, I found the perfect solution!

Ingredients: 
1 cup of nut pulp
1/3 cup filtered water
1/4 cup EVOO
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tablespoon cumin
Salt to taste
Squeeze of lemon

Directions: add all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor and mix until smooth and creamy. Top with extra spice, olive oil, and cilantro!
