Coconut Raspberry Bars
Ingredients
1 cup organic coconut oil
1 cup organic coconut butter (also called manna)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic raspberries (mushed)
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Sprinkle of celtic sea salt
Optional: sweetener (1/2 tsp stevia, honey, etc.)
Instructions
Melt & mix the coconut oil and coconut butter over low heat (option: add sweetener)
Remove from heat and place in individual molds or on a non-stick container
Add vanilla extract, lemon juice, salt and berries - mix
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour until hardened
