The BEST EVER Chocolate Chip Cookies
My sweet friend shared this recipe with me during my last year of medical school and it has been my go to guilt-free sweet treat anytime I need a chocolate fix
This recipe is 100% Gluten Free & Low Glycemic
Ingredients
2 cups GF flour of choice (I have used Almond, Hazelnut, Buckwheat, Sorghum, Amaranth - all are delicious)
1/2 cup sweetener (Monk Fruit or Coconut Sugar)
1 cup chocolate chips (I use sugar free)
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil OR ghee
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
combine all ingredients together and create 10 cookies
Bake for 10 minutes
