Cabbage Hash Browns

I love breakfast & I LOVE hash browns.

I am always looking for healthy options to classic favorites. These hash browns are made from nutrient dense cabbage but actually taste like potatoes.

Don’t take my word - try them yourself!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage (I use the mandolin)

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 1/2 cup shredded onions

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to preference

  • Ghee

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until uniform

  • Melt ghee in a cast iron pan over medium heat

  • Shape small patty’s with your hands

  • Press flat with a spatula

  • Cook each side until lightly browned (roughly 3-5 minutes)
