Cabbage Hash Browns
I love breakfast & I LOVE hash browns.
I am always looking for healthy options to classic favorites. These hash browns are made from nutrient dense cabbage but actually taste like potatoes.

Ingredients
3 cups shredded cabbage (I use the mandolin)
2 organic eggs
1/2 cup shredded onions
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to preference
Ghee
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until uniform
Melt ghee in a cast iron pan over medium heat
Shape small patty’s with your hands
Press flat with a spatula
Cook each side until lightly browned (roughly 3-5 minutes)
