Chia seeds are a beautiful source of nutrients including alpha linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid), dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals

Chia pudding is a great go to for breakfast or a nutritious snack

INGREDIENTS

  • Organic chia seeds

  • Organic coconut milk

  • Vanilla extract

  • Mason Jar (any size will do)

DIRECTIONS

  • Fill your mason jar with 1/2 cup milk of choice and a splash of vanilla extract

  • Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • Mix and cover, store in the fridge overnight

  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
