Chia pudding is a great go to for breakfast or a nutritious snack
INGREDIENTS
Organic chia seeds
Organic coconut milk
Vanilla extract
Mason Jar (any size will do)
DIRECTIONS
Fill your mason jar with 1/2 cup milk of choice and a splash of vanilla extract
Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Mix and cover, store in the fridge overnight
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
