Tropical Green Smoothie
I love smoothies - but not when they are heavy on fruit. Fruit smoothies are a recipe for a spike and crash in blood sugar, leaving you to feel hangry shortly after.
Solution: bulk of your smoothies by adding nutritious veggies & dense fats!
Ingredients / Directions - blend the following until smooth
1 ripe Avocado
1 Passionfruit
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Kale
1/2 cup Broccoli (fresh, frozen, steamed)
1/2 cup Blueberries
3 Tbsp Coconut butter
1.5 cups Filtered water
